In Punjab, Sub-registrars offices have been automated and linked with Punjab Land Record Authority system
Registering property no longer requires advertisement in two newspapers inviting objections. This is no longer a legal requirement
Dedicated website has been developed by Punjab Land Record Authority for the public. The website can be accessed here
An online verification system of stamp papers is now available at: here
Registry processing at sub registrar office takes place within 8 days
“Digital PLRA” mobile application has been developed for access of land records.
Digitalization of cadaster of peri-urban and rural land plots
All registered deeds are available online at www.rodportal.punjab-zameen.gov.pk.
Fee of Fard can also be paid through ATM & Debit/Credit cards
