Reserve the name, register company, pay incorporation fees, obtain a NTN and register with Excise & Taxation Department, the Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI), Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) and Labor Department of Karachi on the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) e-portal in [2 Days]
Cost: Name reservation fee(PKR200)+Filling fee(PKR400)+Registration fee for online submission: PKR1000 for capital below PKR 100,000.

Make a company seal [1 Day]

Open a bank account for tax registration [1 Day]
