Government of the Punjab is committed to introducing reforms which will improve the business environment of the province. Following are the reforms which have been introduced:

Fee schedule for urban and rural valuation are available online and can be obtained for specific khasra/plot number

For the convenience of the general public, a tax calculator is available online for checking applicable tax by entering property value

Punjab Land Record Authority has established a complaint management system to obtain feedback and resolve grievances.

In Punjab, Sub-registrars offices have been automated and linked with Punjab Land Record Authority system.
